Soccer Tactics Board

An online football tactics board to drag players and draw passing and running lines.

In “Move” mode drag players and the ball; pick an arrow or the pen to draw on the pitch. Everything is saved in your browser.

This tool runs entirely in your browser; your data is never sent to a server.

What to draw on a soccer tactics board

The pitch is drawn to scale at 105×68 m, the size FIFA recommends for international matches, with the 16.5 m penalty area, 5.5 m goal area and penalty spot. Teams start in a 4-4-2; sketch pressing triggers, set pieces or your 5-a-side plan and share it as a PNG.

Pitches drawn to scale

Every surface follows official dimensions: soccer 105×68 m (16.5 m penalty area, 5.5 m goal area), futsal and handball 40×20 m (6 m areas, plus the dashed 9 m line in handball), FIBA basketball 28×15 m (6.75 m three-point line) and volleyball 18×9 m (3 m attack lines). Each sport starts with a default line-up: 4-4-2 in soccer, 5 players in futsal, 7 in handball, 5 in basketball and 6 in volleyball.

Built for coaches on the sideline

The board works with your finger on touch screens; open it fullscreen on a tablet in the locker room or during a timeout. Positions and drawings are saved separately for each pitch in your browser. Undo (Ctrl+Z) reverses the last move or drawing, and Clear drawings wipes the arrows while leaving the players where they are.
