The right size for Instagram
Square 1080×1080 is the safe choice for the feed and group chats. Portrait 1080×1350 (4:5) takes up the most screen space in the feed and gets more attention for results. Story 1080×1920 (9:16) is for stories and Reels covers; the app interface covers the top and bottom, so the tool keeps key information in the middle.

Regular posts keep players, parents and sponsors engaged. A good routine for a Sunday league or youth team is a matchday post the day before (opponent, kick-off, venue), a full-time post straight after the game with scorers, and a squad post when needed. Logos and privacy
